EventLink Acquires OutCold
Acquisition Adds Premier Clients in CPG / Retail

Fort Point Capital, a Boston-based private equity firm, announced today that its portfolio company, EventLink (the “Company”), has acquired OutCold, a leading experiential marketing agency providing creative, fabrication, logistics and staffing services to blue chip customers in the automotive, CPG, hospitality and tourism, retail, and technology industries. Based in Chicago, IL, OutCold is focused on providing mobile marketing, experiential tours, custom builds, event production and sampling, staffing and custom displays with strong expertise in vehicle-based tours.
