EventLink has an established relationship with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, who turns to us to plan its most important events, including business summits, award dinners, golf outings, and consumer events. The Legend’s Club is BCBS of Michigan’s annual awards ceremony and dinner, designed to recognize the organization’s highest performing salespeople. Working hand in hand with BCBS coordinators, we make recommendations for venue selection and themes, provide options for entertainment, audio/visual display elements, catering and menu selection, gifts for award recipients, and manage all site-specific handling and transportation of assets, set up and tear down. We also expedite registration, and the EventLink creative team designs and produces all signage, logos, graphics, and print materials. Sixty people attended the June 2014 Legend’s Club ceremony and dinner at the historic Detroit Athletic Club in downtown Detroit.
