EventLink Execution:
EventLink created a colorful and inviting mobile diner display for Celebrity Cruises that was being used to engage consumers at numerous locations in the southwest. The display was anchored by a food truck and included bistro-style tables and chairs, a 10’ x 10’ tent, and massage tables where visitors could enjoy a few moments of relaxation in the hands of a professional masseuse. We handled all of the details, from securing locations to staffing and managing the event, including set up and tear down, food service, cash register, busing tables, transportation, travel, purchasing, securing food, daily reporting, and interacting with consumers. In addition to promoting Celebrity Cruises, the display was used for collecting charity donations. As part of our responsibilities, our team also managed a budget, collected donations, paid the charities, and handled all related travel. Half of all food and sampling item sales went to the host location’s charity of choice.
