EventLink Execution:
The Komen On the Go™ mobile experience is a cross-country tour that helps educate and bring breast cancer awareness and hope to people throughout the U.S. Komen chose EventLink to support their tour with logistics, transportation and activities that engaged audiences at every stop.

Our transportation team maintained the trailers, moved them to each location, kept them secure, handled set-up and tear down and ensured that everything was working so that visitors could relax, engage and learn about this important battle to end breast cancer.

At each location we also captured visitor data and supplied reports that enabled the foundation to build their contact list and continue to gain support. As part of our responsibilities we managed photo ops with attendees, media and celebrities. We also managed inventory to ensure that literature and other “give-away” items were always in plentiful stock.
