The Goal:
Reinforce the exclusive ownership experience and bond with the vehicle for Porsche 918 Spyder purchasers.

The Challenge:
Create a memorable driving and travel experience for this inaugural event that people with extremely high disposable incomes would view as worth participating in and recommend to others as a “money can’t buy” experience with the Porsche brand.

EventLink Execution:
The EventLink team was responsible for creating the travel routes, securing accommodations, planning nightly room drop gifting, working with hotel and entertainment managers for VIP services including meals, daily activities and nightly entertainment. EventLink coordinated all transportation, logistics, maintenance and prep for all owner 918 Spyders that were shipped. In instances where owners didn’t use their personal vehicles, EventLink worked directly with Porsche Cars North America to handle logistics of corporate provided 911 Turbos. EventLink hospitality staff traveled with the group on a daily basis and ensured every aspect of the program was accounted for.
